Joe is a natural leader.  He studied communications at UMD  and has years of experience in the recording music and live event industries. He is an emcee for family functions from the North Shore to Wisconsin's Metro Area and an announcer at many boxing events in the Duluth area.  He is an active member in his community, a mentor to young men, and a father of three.
